Blackhawk Hobby prides itself on being a service-oriented company. We are relentless in improving our communications with the retailer, offering services that will streamline the cumbersome ordering process and providing information that will help you make sound ordering decisions.

Placing Orders. Whether you fax, email or call in an order, you can be sure that order will be handled with accuracy and care. Soon, our online ordering system will be available for use. Everything you need to know about a product, including what it looks like, will be available.
Detailed, integrated invoices. Due to our inventory system, we are able to supply you with a large amount of critical information. Our invoices are clean, easy to read, sorted by item number, and are packed with information. In addition to combining multiple orders onto one invoice, you can see your order dates, purchase order numbers, discounts, suggested retails and costs, all on a line-by-line basis.
Invoices faxed/emailed. If you need your invoice prior to it showing up in the delivery, we offer an automatic invoice faxing service. Although not automated, invoices can be emailed to you upon request.
Backorders. On the occasion we are out of something, you can place a backorder for an item. We will then restock the item as quickly as possible, for inclusion with your next shipped order.
Special Orders. There are items we do not normally stock from certain vendors. Most of those items can be special ordered, depending on the vendor terms. Like backorders, we will fill those items as quickly as possible, and include them in your next order after delivery to us.
Bin-Holds. Suppose you're worried about an item on Monday that you know you need, but don't have time to place a full order until Wednesday. Not a problem at Blackhawk! You can place whatever you need in your bin, and we'll happily hold it until your next order ships. Due to many considerations, we do require that all contents in bins ship at least once every two weeks. All items added to bins are considered "sold." They are no longer a part of our inventory, and are part of your "working order."
Product Lines. The product lines at BHD are ever expanding. We support and promote all the genres of interactive gaming from companies both big and small. Our product line list, which is updated quarterly, gives you insight into the range of products we offer. If there's a product or line of products we don't have, we welcome your suggestions.
Daily Releases. Want to know what's ready to hit the street? Our daily release report - sent out via fax and email - keeps you apprised of the latest products to hit your shelves as well what restocks have been received in for the day. Also included on the dailies is important product news. We keep you updated on product cancellations or reschedulings, price, content and/or config changes, and order deadlines. It is here where we announce special events or promotions, and last minute product solicitations. It is also the place where we direct the retailer's attention to game support or helpful resources on the web. We pack our dailies with information to keep you on the cutting-edge of game-retailing.
Preorders. Our monthly preorder catalog, the BUZZ, has all the new upcoming releases listed, with full product descriptions that offer the most complete information possible. Late listings are sent by fax and e-mail as Preorder Solicitations and are issued when necessary.
Standing Order Service for magazines. Blackhawk Hobby offers standing orders on many if not all magazines and comics available for purchase through Blackhawk. With a standing order, you'll never miss an issue of a much-needed publication!
